What Recession?
The year of 2007 has come to a close, and once again we have seen that many parts of the San Francisco Bay Area were immune to the nation's housing crisis. In fact, San Francisco, the Western East Bay and Southern Marin County broke records for the highest sale prices in history! Just goes to show that you should take all that news in the media with a grain of salt.

Getting on Board
Hi all,
I am officially starting a BLOG to discuss the SF Real Estate market, events, , new projects, and anything else that we are working on at Skylake Real Estate.
I am the Real Estate sales branch of a Real Estate investment and development firm - Skylake Development. You can check out website for updates in that direction. Having access to the investors of larger projects in the city, gives me insight into how the residential market is effected.
I'd love to get feedback on what you would like to discuss in more detail, or what you are interestd in hearing about.
